Scope

These Terms govern all sales and contracts concluded via our online store. By ordering, the Buyer accepts these Terms.

Products and Availability

  • Manufactured in Portugal, shipped worldwide.

  • Availability is subject to stock; orders may be refused if unavailable.

Orders and Contract

  • A contract is concluded when you receive an email confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices in EUR (or CZK where applicable), VAT included where required.

  • Shipping costs shown separately at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: VISA & MASTERCARD

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Worldwide shipping available.

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

  • We are not liable for customs delays, carrier issues, or force majeure.

  • Risk transfers upon delivery.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Buyers outside the EU are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

  • The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.

  • To withdraw, notify us by email.

  • Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging at your expense.

  • Refunds (excluding extra shipping costs) issued within 14 days of receipt.

Exclusions: personalized/custom products and used/damaged items.

Warranty & Liability

  • EU statutory warranty of 24 months applies for consumers.

  • Defects must be reported promptly with order details.

  • No liability for misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • Indirect damages and loss of profits are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Czech law.

  • Prague courts are competent, unless mandatory consumer laws of your country apply.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery (EU consumers).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized/custom items.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Return Process:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back at your expense.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refund issued to original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable (unless item was faulty).

Exchanges:

  • Subject to availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product is defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We will arrange replacement or refund.
